Course Description:
The NI Komplete VSTi’s Pro course is designed to teach students how to effectively use Native Instruments’ Komplete Ultimate Kontrol software and synthesizers for music production. This course will provide an in-depth walkthrough of the Komplete Kontrol platform, focusing on synthesizers such as Massive, Monark, Razor, Form, Absynth, FM8, and Super 8.
The course will also cover managing samplers and instruments, including Polyplex, Battery, and Flash, as well as acoustic and electronic instruments such as pianos, organs, and guitar rigs. Additionally, students will explore global instruments from Asian, Indian, and African cultures and cinematic instruments and strings.
The course will delve into advanced synthesizer utilities and setups, including effects and expansions. Students will learn how to compose tracks with samplers and instruments, and explore various effects and expansions, such as the Crush Pack and Mod Pack, Raum, Molecular, Supercharger, GT, Reverb Classics, Replika, Replika XT, Solid Mix, Vintage Compressors, The Mouth, The Finger, and Driver.
The course will also cover EZDrummer, an advanced composer for drum grooves. Students will learn about beat basics and how to get started with EZDrummer, loading samples and drum kits, creating and arranging a song, working with MIDI tracks, browsing sound kits and packs, using Tap2Find and the search console, mixing the drum groove, and creating groove mixes with EZDrummer.
Overall, this course will provide students with a deep understanding of the NI Komplete VSTi’s Pro software and synthesizers, as well as advanced techniques for music production using EZDrummer. Graduates of this course will be equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to create professional-quality music in a variety of genres.
